I know there is an Arwen's Realism for NV, but it isn't compatible for JSawyer for obvious reasons. Back when I used to play FO3, I used Arwen's Realism tweaks, which made injuries more realistic where you had to splint broken bones and things like that. I want to use JSawyer's Ultimate addition, but it doesn't seem to have a focus on injuries. Hey all!
